Three Rivers Machinery is a family owned and operated Case IH Ag Machinery Dealership Group, located in Narromine, Gilgandra and Warren NSW. We strive to partner with our customers to ensure that effective and efficient solutions are provided to assist with the success of their businesses.
Due to the growth in our business, Three Rivers is now looking for a full-time Parts Interpreter Trainee (Entry Level) to join our team in Gilgandra or Warren.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent service and technical parts support to our customers and our service team.
What you will learn:
Learn to interpret parts for our customers at the counter and over the phone; and interpret for our service department
Learn to identify and source required parts and provide advice regarding specifications, including make, model and variation
Learn to process payments, prepare quotes and discounts for parts.
Learn to collect, pack and dispatch parts and receipt in-shipments, delivery to other inventory locations.
Learn to source and order parts from numerous suppliers and follow up on back orders and stock shortages.
Learn to complete stocktaking and restock of showroom as necessary.
Learn to effectively communicate updates with customers.
Learn to operate our inventory control system (Gateway/Voyager).

Qualifications & Experience
You will enrol in a Traineeship in Automotive Sales.
A passion or working and mechanical knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry is highly advantageous.
Extensive and ongoing skills training will be provided and a competitive remuneration package is on offer to the right applicant, commensurate with attitude and experience.
