Parts Administration Manager

Three Rivers Machinery is a family owned and operated Case IH Dealership, located in Warren NSW.

The best applicant will have the right mix of administration, supervisory experience, sales acumen, business ethics and personality. The role requires an ability to lead a team by example whilst functioning at the top level.

The applicant is required to demonstrate the following skills to be successful in this position:

  • Previous Management or Supervisory experience with the ability to lead and mentor their team to reach KPI's
  • Ability to achieve goals and targets, meet deadlines and work positively under pressure
  • Demonstrate high level of administration processes and procedures for best practice
  • Ability to provide comprehensive reporting and management of inventory control.
  • Provides high level customer service to internal and external customers
  • Problem-solving skills and natural analytical ability
  • Demonstrates a confident and professional sales manner
  • Has the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities successfully
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Computer literacy skills with experience in a dealer management system is considered an advantage
  • To contribute to a sense of fun, pro-activeness and empowerment in staff operations
  • Ability to improve both the business relationship with our suppliers as well as the personal inter-work relationships with co-workers

This is an excellent opportunity in the Agricultural Industry with a successful family owned and operated Dealership focused on its staff and customers and passionate about the Three Rivers culture. Training as required will be provided.

Part Time or Full Time applicants will be considered.
