Three Rivers Machinery is a family owned and operated Case IH Ag Machinery Dealership Group, located in Narromine, Gilgandra and Warren NSW. We strive to partner with our customers to ensure that effective and efficient solutions are provided to assist with the success of their businesses.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Three Rivers is now seeking a full-time Sales Person for the region (Narromine, Gilgandra and Warren). The position is likely to be based at one of our branches in Gilgandra, Narromine or Warren or remotely from Dubbo and travel is required between branches at times.
About the Job:
Visit current customers and accurately qualifying their machinery needs for the future.
Actively source new customers and generate leads.
Forecast and plan for whole good requirements and forward orders of Case IH tractors, combines, sprayers and a range of short line machines and tillage.
Work with our Service Manager, to learn the business from the back end, forward.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective customers.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective customers.
About You:
You have a balanced mix of sales acumen, service and business ethics to seek and close sales deals.
You are persuasive and influential in your nature, present in a professional manner and go above and beyond to offer exemplary service.
You have a proven track record in sales and understand broadacre farm machinery, practices and the culture.
You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and time management skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales position.
Sales experience in broadacre machinery is highly advantageous.
Case IH experience is superior
