Reporting to the Sales Manager, Three Rivers is seeking a full-time Sales Trainee for the region. The position is likely to be based at one of our branches in Gilgandra, Narromine or Warren. Travel is required between branches at times.

Learn to speak with customers and accurately qualify their machinery needs for the future.
Learn how to source new customers and generate leads.
Learn how to forecast and plan for whole good requirements and forward orders of Case IH tractors, combines, sprayers and a range of short line machines and tillage.
Working closely with our Service Manager, learn the business from the back end, forward.
Learn how to meet and exceed your sales goals.
Learn how to negotiating contracts.
Learn how to preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Learn how to give sales presentations to a range of prospective customers.
About You:
You are energetic and want a career in the agricultural machinery sector.
You love talking with rural customers, enjoy selling and present in a professional manner.
You are happy to go above and beyond to offer exemplary service.
You have an understanding broadacre farm machinery, practices and the culture.
You present professionally, are always on time and have a happy and easy going demeanor.
Qualifications & Experience
A knowledge of broadacre machinery and farming is highly advantageous
Case IH experience is superior
