SERVICE COORDINATOR

 
 

Three Rivers Machinery is a family owned and operated Case IH Ag Machinery Dealership Group, located in Gilgandra, Narromine and Warren NSW. 

Due to our growth, we are seeking a full-time Service Coordinator based at our Warren operation. Reporting to the Group Service Manager, this role is pivotal in connecting customers and the servicing/repairs department together. 

The primary purpose of the position is to provide support and assistance to the workshop; coordinating and monitoring the service and repairs in progress and communicating back to the Customer directly.    

About the Job:

  • Coordinate customer service and repair jobs, managing workflow across the group {managing Trello schedule}.

  • Organising appropriate parts for jobs.

  • Follow up Customer’s for ASIP reports / quotes.

  • Coordinate our post season check combine program and fixed price service program .

  • Coordinate and monitor the services and repairs in progress within the team.

  • Conduct final check over invoices before signoff by the Group Service Manager.

  • Prepare quotations for service repair jobs in conjunction with the Group Service Manager and Parts Department.

  • Prepare/manage warranty and/or product improvement jobs to ensure they are completed for submission in the appropriate timeframes.

  • Facilitate the communication between Service Personnel and the administration of the Service Department and Parts Department.

About You:

  • The successful candidate will be customer centric, methodical and highly organised.  

  • You will have strong communication skills, both written and spoken and a high attention to detail.

  • You are the glue that holds all the details together between the workshop and the customer and you have an ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at any one time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in service administration related position, preferably in the agricultural machinery or auto industry is preferred

  • Experience with DMS (Dealer Management System) is highly advantageous. 

  • Intermediate to Advanced level of the Microsoft suite of products (Excel and Word).
