Three Rivers Machinery is a family owned and operated Case IH Ag Machinery Dealership Group, located in Narromine, Gilgandra and Warren NSW. We strive to partner with our customers to ensure that effective and efficient solutions are provided to assist with the success of their businesses.
We are looking for another Qualified Service Technician to join our team.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent service, technical diagnostics and support to our customers. It is a varied role and will require an enthusiastic and intuitive person who has exceptional attention to detail skills.
Our technicians are based in our workshops and in field to meet the needs of our customers.
The roles responsibilities and duties will include:
· Mechanical assessment, diagnosis and repair of agricultural machinery, predominantly Case IH equipment
· Providing exceptional support and service to our customers
· Completing repairs and services to new and used machinery
· Pre-delivering new machinery for delivery to customers
· Undertaking service warranty repairs
· Maintaining up to date and accurate daily records on repairs
The ideal candidate:
· Holds a relevant Trade Certificate or equivalent experience
· Has experience as a qualified Heavy Diesel Technician
· Has extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
· Has troubleshooting experience
· Has strong diagnostic skills
· Is customer service driven
· Is an excellent communicator
· Has a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Is proactive, punctual and reliable
· Shows initiative and desire to continually build their knowledge base
· Enjoys dealing with a wide array of people daily and maintains professionalism at all time
· Maintains a neat and tidy appearance
· Has the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
· Has the ability to work under pressure and professionally at all times
· Holds a current drivers licence
Desirable but not essential:
· Working knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry
· Previous field service work
· Previous experience working on farming machinery
(Case IH preferred or any other large ag machinery brand)
· Forklift Licence
· AC Licence
