MARKETING COORDINATOR

This branch-based onsite role offers flexibility as either a part-time or full-time position and provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of our business. Working closely with our leadership team, you will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, promoting our brands, supporting dealership events, and helping strengthen our presence across the Central West.
DUTIES
Implementation of marketing strategies, advertising and campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, media releases, editorials, newsletters, social media content, email marketing campaigns and other marketing collateral
Manage the company's social media platforms, including creating and scheduling engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement
Manage the company's website platform to ensure all information is relevant and up to date
Upload and manage all sales wholegoods content on external sales platforms
Assist with the coordinating the annual local show circuit - from booking to set up
Assist in implementing and marketing equipment demonstration and information days on farm and in branch
CRM/database marketing, communication, segmentation and analysis
Capture local content at branches, demo days, events and customer properties
Provide administrative support for marketing-related projects, including data entry, research, and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing activities
Continuously monitor and analyse marketing performance, sales performance and other relevant data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, preferably within the machinery or manufacturing industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting, and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions
