Three Rivers Machinery is a family owned and operated Case IH Ag Machinery Dealership Group, located in Narromine, Gilgandra and Warren NSW. We strive to partner with our customers to ensure that effective and efficient solutions are provided to assist with the success of their businesses.
We are looking for a Parts Support to join our team in Warren. The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent service and support to our parts teams across all locations as well as our customers. It is a varied role and will require an enthusiastic and intuitive person who has exceptional attention to detail.
The roles responsibilities and duties will include:
Entry level interpreting skills to assist the parts teams
Interface between the customers and suppliers and the parts teams
Raise purchase orders, complete debtor and creditor invoicing and parts data entry
Assisting with parts ordering for customers, service jobs and stock
Follow up on back orders and stock shortages
Maintain weekly and monthly reporting across the parts departments
Assisting with incoming and outgoing freight
Completing parts claims and returns
General reception duties including phone answering
Assisting with stocktake
Provide other general administrative support to the parts teams as required
Any other ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate:
Is customer service driven
Is an excellent communicator
Has a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Is proactive, punctual and reliable
Shows initiative and desire to continually build their knowledge base
Enjoys dealing with a wide array of people daily and maintains professionalism at all times
Maintains a neat and tidy appearance
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and works positively under pressure
Proficient in using computer systems (especially Outlook, Word and Excel)
Holds a current drivers licence
Desirable but not essential:
Understanding of computer based inventory control systems (Voyager/Gateway)
Working knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry
Experience in a similar role in the agricultural, retail or automotive industry
Extensive and ongoing skills training will be provided and a competitive remuneration package is on offer to the right applicant, commensurate with attitude and experience.
