RECEPTIONIST
Three Rivers is a family owned and operated Case IH, Case Construction and New Holland Dealership Group, located in Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine and Warren NSW.
We are seeking the full time services of a Receptionist & Admin Support Trainee to join our Gilgandra operation.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent receptionist services and administration support to the Narromine operation. The position is a varied role and will require an enthusiastic and intuitive person who has exceptional attention to detail.

About the Job
Phone answering
Extensive data entry for parts, service and admin teams
Interface between the customers and our team
Completing banking, mail and other general admin tasks
Assisting with incoming and outgoing parts freight (as required)
Assisting with stocktake
Provide other general administrative support to our parts, service, sales and admin teams
Any other adhoc duties as required
About You
You are customer-service focused and an excellent communicator with a professional phone manner. You have a keen eye for detail, show initiative, are always punctual and reliable. You enjoy working with people, have a passion to grow, learn and develop your skills. You meet deadlines and are happy to work autonomously or as part of a larger team. Ideally, you are based in the Gilgandra local area or have the ability to travel reliably to our Gilgandra location.
Qualifications and Experience
Beginner to Intermediate level in the Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Cert III or IV in Business Administration is highly advantageous but not essential.
