SERVICE ADVISOR

Three Rivers is a family owned and operated Case IH, New Holland and Case Construction Dealer Group, with locations in Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine and Warren, NSW. 

Based at either the Dubbo or Narromine Dealership, we are seeking the services of a motivated Service Advisor to support our Service Department and Customers.  

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide unwavering technical support and excellent customer service to our Service Team and our Customers.  

 

About the Job

As our Service Advisor you will be our key liaison for our service team and our customers for technical information to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.

  • Provide technical information and support to our team including our service coordinators and technicians, parts and sales departments

  • Gathering information for repair work and providing technical information and solutions to technicians and customers e.g. Looking up fault codes and supplying diagnostic information to technicians 

  • Communicating with customers regarding service repairs, diagnosing service issues and understanding customer concerns over the phone 

  • Ensuring all service procedures are properly executed and customer concerns are thoroughly addressed and communicate with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Provide and recommend appropriate upgrades and solutions to enhance customer experience

  • Provide quote estimates for service repairs 

  • Submitting and managing THD’s 

  • Provide SRT information for warranty claims 

 

About You

The successful candidate will be mechanically minded, customer focused and a self-starter.  You will have strong communication skills and high attention to detail. 

You are the technical support for our service team and our customers and you have an ability to manage multiple tasks and requests at any one time.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience and knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Administrative + computer skills 

  • The ability to prioritise time and use your initiative

  • A positive energy and willingness to learn

Looking for someone either with experience as a Service Advisor, or someone with technical and mechanical experience with a keen interest in agriculture ready to take the next step in their career.
